AARP refresher classes offered in January

The AARP refresher class for all licensed Oregon drivers will be offered in January throughout the county.

In Newport, the class will run from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 7 and 8, in room 140 (community room) at Oregon Coast Community College, 400 SE College Way in South Beach.

There will also be a class held in Waldport from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11 at the Our Savior Lutheran Church, 38 N. Bayview Road.
