Newport Library to show ‘The Polar Express’

The Newport Public Library will show ‘The Polar Express” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, as part of its Literary Flicks series.

Based on the picture book by Chris Van Allsburg, this film tells the story of a boy who desperately hopes to find the true spirit of Christmas. One Christmas Eve, a magical train called the Polar Express takes him on a fantastical journey.
