Court update

The following individuals were convicted of felony offenses in Lincoln County Circuit Court. Any associated charges filed in conjunction with those felony charges are listed as well. This list also includes persons convicted of any assault charges, whether felony or misdemeanor.

• Jose Angel Quinonez, 27, of South Beach, was convicted Sept. 4 on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 24 months probation and $730 in fines and fees. He was convicted of supplying contraband and was sentenced to 24 months probation and $260 in fines and fees. Charges of Theft I, possession of marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance I, Possession of a Controlled Substance III, and recklessly endangering another (two counts) were dismissed. His attorney was Richard Scholl.

• Terry Lee Green, 55, of Siletz, was convicted Aug. 22 on a charge of possession of heroin. He was sentenced to six months in a state correctional institution, with one year of post-prison supervision, and $730 in fines and fees. His driver’s license was suspended for six months. Charges of possession of methamphetamine and offensive littering were dismissed. His attorney was Kristina Kayl.
