City of Newport tallies cost of annual festival, waives fees

NEWPORT - After weighing the costs and benefits of the annual Newport Seafood & Wine Festival, the City of Newport will bill the chamber of commerce $10,865 for municipal services during the four-day event scheduled Feb. 21-24, 2013.
