Rollover crash sends one person to hospital, results in DUII charge

A Newport police officer’s observation of reckless driving led to the arrest of a man on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and recklessly endangering (four counts) after the man crashed and rolled his vehicle.
