Green Newport boys travel to Seaside for opener

Newport senior point guard Nolan Gates and the Cubs open the year tonight against Seaside.

At 7 p.m. today (Friday) at Seaside High School, some of the Newport boys' basketball players' eyes are going to be saucer-sized.
