Roger Keith Biggs

Roger Keith Biggs, 81, formerly of Newport, Ore., died Nov. 19, 2012 in Surprise, Ariz.

He was born March 26, 1931 to Herbert and Elberta Biggs in Omaha, Neb. A memorial service took place in Surprise and burial will be at Eureka Cemetery in Newport.

Bateman Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
