Operation Santa helps south county families

Santa and his elves will gather food and money for Christmas Holiday Food Baskets in south Lincoln County this weekend.

All three south county fire departments help out with this local holiday tradition. Following Thanksgiving’s food baskets, there is a need to gather a large amount of canned food and dollars to restock the supplies for Christmas. Every can and every dollar will help put food on the table for more than 1,000 local residents, children to seniors.
