Welcome to the world
Recently, a friend of mine at work had a baby. This, in and of itself, is not a remarkable thing. Lots of people have babies, and if you happen to work in a maternity ward, you get the added bonus of people having their babies at work.
That having been said, teachers having babies is still kind of a unique event. For with every child that enters the world, there will eventually be one more warm body filling a desk that ensures that formerly pregnant person will still have a job. It’s as if every time the local body shop guy wrecked his car he got a bonus at work.
