Woman jailed on outstanding warrant

On Nov. 16 at 8 p.m., an Oregon State Police trooper responded to a residence in the 6500 block of Salmonberry Lane in Otis and arrested Manuela Elisabeth Steere, 59, on an outstanding Lincoln County warrant on charges of DUII and reckless endangering (two counts).
