Man cited for trespass on private timberland

On Nov. 16, at 5 p.m., Lincoln County Sheriff’s Forest Deputy Gary Davey contacted Tyson Jared Kay, 34, of Newport, after responding to private timberland at the end of NE Steenson Road in Newport, owned by Hancock Forest Management.
