Man sentenced in assault case

On Nov. 13, two weeks before his scheduled trial on a variety of charges including assault, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, tampering with physical evidence and multiple others, Justin Bailey Wood pled guilty to a single count of Assault II, a class B felony.
