Steven Allen Stanford, 69, of Waldport, Ore., died of lung cancer on Oct. 18, 2012 at his home.

A celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Waldport Foursquare Church. Refreshments will follow.

Affordable Burial and Cremation handled arrangements.
