Celtic art, music, and culture workshops offered

The 11th annual Yachats Celtic Music Festival will offer workshops on Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Yachats Commons (unless otherwise noted). The cost is $15-$30 at the door. Other events include a fashion show, a labyrinth, concerts, and a crafts fair.
