The 2012 Oyster Cloyster Festival, held Nov. 3 at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, was another successful event, said A.T. Ronan, OCCC Foundation executive director, and “Nothing but compliments were given for the quality of the professional oyster dishes prepared by the chefs. All of the entries were not only great tasting but were presented with aplomb. It was indeed an evening to savor.”
