Second and third grade students at Eddyville Charter School had some special guests from Oregon Coast Therapy Animals join their First Friday reading celebration on Oct. 5. Haley Wiles is shown reading to “Boo” (owned by Myrna Lassiter). First Friday is a monthly reading celebration of reading accomplishments for Eddyville Charter School students in kindergarten through fifth grade. For more information, call 541-875-2942.
