Lincoln City issues update on wastewater overflow

Samples have been tested from Oct. 30 through Nov. 4 at the Lincoln City Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the levels are determined safe and posted notices have been removed on Schooner Creek and in the Siletz Bay area.
