Soggy commute

Vehicles make their way across a flooded Devils Lake Road east of Lincoln City Monday evening after a winter storm dumped almost four inches of rain on the coast between Friday and Monday. Total rainfall in October was nearly 12 inches. The average precipitation for the month is 5.12 inches. Weather forecasts predict continuing showers through Friday.
