Request for Roads End annexation documents is denied

LINCOLN CITY – Ahead of a planning commission meeting next week to start the Roads End annexation process, Lincoln City officials have refused a request by the Roads End Water District (REWD) and a citizen to show documentation that it has met the legal requirements for annexation.
