City of Newport seeks to remove Bain, Voetberg from Reno federal lawsuit

NEWPORT – Attorneys for the City of Newport, its manager and a former mayor filed a motion last week to dismiss key elements of a $4.5-million claim filed in federal court by an airport manager terminated in October 2009, without cause.
