Sewer overflows in Lincoln City

On Oct. 30, a sewer overflow occurred in Lincoln City due to a finished treatment discharge overflow at the wastewater treatment plant. An estimated 180,000 gallons of partially-treated wastewater discharged into Schooner Creek at the wastewater treatment plant outfall east of the Schooner Creek Bridge.
