Heidi Ann Affolter

Heidi Ann Affolter, 55, of Newport, Ore., died Oct. 8, 2012 at her home.

She was born March 17, 1957 to Walter and Glenna Affolter in Salem, Ore.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 1550 Market St. NE in Salem, followed by a celebration of life at the Red Lion Hotel, 3301 Market St. NE in Salem.

Affordable Burial and Cremation is handling arrangements.
