Seashore Family Literacy Center finds a new home in Waldport

The new building formerly housed Western Title and Escrow Company

WALDPORT - After two decades of moving from building to building, Seashore Family Literacy Center has found a permanent home. The announcement came Sept. 27, just two and a half weeks before the agency would have to move multiple programs from their current location at 320 Hemlock St. in Waldport.
