Quilters Guild features Hawaiian appliqué

Hawaiian appliqué expert Nancy Lee Chong will present a program on Hawaiian quilting and needle-turn appliqué at the Oregon Coastal Quilters Guild (OCQG) meeting on Thursday, Oct. 11 at Atonement Lutheran Church’s Fellowship Hall in Newport. “Table walk,” which offers the opportunity to see and participate in various guild activities, begins at 6 p.m.; the general meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.
