Oregon agriculture gets a large boost from specialty crop block grants

Twenty two projects award $1.49 million

Oregon agriculture continues to benefit from federal funding aimed at boosting the competitiveness of the state’s fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, nursery crops, and other specialty crops.

The Oregon Department of Agriculture has announced this year’s recipients of more than $1.49 million as part of the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program.
