Book signing in Toledo this Saturday, Oct. 6

On Saturday, from noon to 2 p.m., Woodrow C. Monte, Ph.D., a food scientist, researcher, and Professor Emeritus of Food Science and Nutrition at Arizona State University, will sign copies of his book, “While Science Sleeps, a Sweetener Kills,” at Becky Miller’s Studio located at 167 NE First St. in Toledo. Toledo artist, Becky Miller, illustrated the book.
