Angell Job Corps students.

Thirteen Angell Job Corps students helped to place 1,000 American flags dedicated to fallen soldiers from Oregon at Chinook Winds Casino on Sept. 21 as part of Lincoln City’s Celebration of Honor. The job corps students attended a dedication ceremony for families of fallen soldiers.
