Siletz Tribe plans events for National Domestic Violence Awareness Month

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, at a meeting on Sept. 21, passed a resolution that encouraged “all tribal citizens to work toward strengthening our tribe through the creation of a safe environment for all” in joining the declaration of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
