Yachats man sentenced on Wednesday in assault case

NEWPORT – A week before his scheduled jury trial, Matthew Grant Hubeny, 27, of Yachats, appeared before Lincoln County Circuit Court Judge Sheryl Bachart to enter guilty pleas to one count of Assault II and one count of unlawful manufacture of marijuana.
