Waldport man indicted for role in June 26 serious injury crash

A Waldport man has been indicted and arrested on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, Assault II (two counts), Assault III (three counts), recklessly endangering another person (three counts) and misdemeanor driving while suspended for his part in a head-on collision in June that sent four individuals to area hospitals.
