Walking/biking plan to be discussed on Oct. 2

Public hearings on the proposed 2014 update of Lincoln City’s Walking and Biking Plan will be held on Oct. 2 before the city’s planning commission and on Oct. 8 before the city council. Both meetings will begin at 6 p.m. in council chambers.
