Garage sale fundraiser

Josie Thompson shows off items for the annual garage sale sponsored by Altrusa International of Yaquina Bay. The event is set for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday in the parking lot of Western Title and Escrow, located at 255 SW Coast Highway in Newport. The sale is a fundraiser for Altrusa with proceeds going toward the group’s scholarships, literacy, and women and children’s advocacy.
