The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is asking for public help to locate Lincoln City resident David Michael Sendek, who has not been seen since July 23. Family members indicate that he may be suicidal and the sheriff’s office has entered the man into law enforcement databases as a missing and endangered individual.
Police were first contacted on July 24 and responded to a residence near milepost 4 on S. Schooner Creek Road to check on Sendek. His personal property was still at the residence, but a search for the man was unsuccessful. In addition to entry into the law enforcement database, police also broadcast a statewide attempt to locate to all law enforcement agencies.
David Michael Sendek is described as 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with salt and pepper hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what type or color of clothing Mr Sendek was last wearing.
Anyone who has had contact with or has seen Sendek is asked to contact a local law enforcement agency or the Lincoln County Sheriff’s office at (541) 265-4231
