Man cited on misdemeanor warrant

Just before 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, a Portland man was cited and released after an Oregon State Police trooper stopped to check on a 2006 Dodge Caravan with it hazard lights activated on U.S. Highway 101 near milepost 111 north of Lincoln City.
