Business owner files suit against Port of Toledo, alleging fraud

TOLEDO – Toledo Clayworks art studio owner Dave Silwones has filed a lawsuit against the Port of Toledo, accusing Port Manager Bud Shoemake of failing to disclose information about instability on the property known as Port Station One.
