LINCOLN CITY — The mystery woman in the middle of a war of words between Roads End and Lincoln City got the silent treatment from the city council last week, but it hasn’t toned-down her message:
“Annexation is not our issue - water service is,” said Maud Krom, who emerged at the podium looking and talking more like someone’s beloved grandmother than the thorn she’s become for growth-minded Lincoln City officials.
