Court update

The following individuals were convicted of felony offenses in Lincoln County Circuit Court. Any associated charges filed in conjunction with those felony charges are listed as well. This list also includes persons convicted of any assault charges, whether felony or misdemeanor.

• Austin Eli Depaolis, 18, of Lincoln City, was convicted March 13 on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon. He was sentenced to 36 months probation and $830 in fines and fees. He was also convicted of menacing and was sentenced to 36 months probation and $160 in fines and fees. A second count each of unlawful possession of a weapon and menacing, and two counts of Attempted Assault II were dismissed. His attorney was Kathryn Benfield.
