Toledo signs on to animal taxing district

TOLEDO - Over the objection of Mayor Ralph Grutzmacher, the Toledo City Council on June 20 became the seventh and last Lincoln County city to sign on to the formation of a special taxing district to fund county animal services and the shelter operation.
