Pre-trial discovery continues in Hubeny court case

NEWPORT –Matthew Hubeny—who was arrested in a SWAT raid last month that left a Yachats teenager dead — remains in custody at the Lincoln County Jail after an early resolution conference in front of Circuit Court Judge Thomas Branford on June 25.
