County approves 2012-13 budget

NEWPORT - The county’s budget for fiscal year 2012-2013 changed slightly between budget committee approval in May and the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners adoption last week - a change made to accommodate unexpected revenue from grants and the Accountable Behavioral Health Alliance (ABHA) and some unexpected expenses.
