ODOT awards new contract for Hwy 20

EDDYVILLE – The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT)’s procurement office issued a notice to proceed last week, setting the stage for a contract with Scarsella Brothers, Inc. of Kent, Wash., to complete the long-stalled U.S. Highway 20 realignment project.
