Kara Clark

Kara Lee Clark, 74, of Toledo, Ore., died May 27, 2012 at the Toledo Elks Campground in Siletz, Ore.

She was born Nov. 14, 1937 to Mr. Nichols and Edna (Young) Nichols Valet.

She enjoyed reading, ceramics, craft markets, camping, planting daffodils everywhere she had a spare spot, and spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; mother, Edna Nichols; stepfather; and brother, Calvin Nichols.

She is survived by her husband, Don Clark, of Toledo; sons, Darrell (Angela) Clark of Siletz, and Jeff (Cathy) Clark of Siletz; daughter, Cindy (Jay) Whisler of Toledo; grandchildren, Kyle Clark and Danielle Clark; step-grandchild, Matthew Williams; and one step-great-grandson.

At her request, there will be no services.
