Victim is identified in ATV crash

A Logsden man died when the ATV he was riding rolled over on the afternoon of May 31. Authorities aren’t sure how the accident occurred, but the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reports it happened on private property as James Smith, 76, of Logsden, was using the ATV to tow logs down a logging road.
