Lincoln County Circuit Court Judge Charles P. Littlehales spoke on Friday during a 20th anniversary celebration at the Lincoln County Jail. Seated to the right are Sheriff John O’Brien (retired), Lincoln County District Attorney Rob Bovett, County Counsel Wayne Belmont and retired Commissioner Don Lindly, who each spoke about their role in the building of the jail and their memories of the facility’s past two decades.
