Lawrence ‘Kay’ Munns

Lawrence “Kay” Munns, 72, of Waldport, Ore., died May 23, 2012 at his home.

He was born Feb. 29, 1940 to Guy Franklin Munns and Eva Grace Dodson Munns in Walla Walla, Wash. A complete obituary will follow at a later date.
