DEPOE BAY — Signs warning Depoe Bay sightseers of perilous cliffs and other dangers were removed by the Depoe Bay City Council last week from plans to create 26 new “scenic view areas” around Depoe Bay, many located on rocky headlands that plunge steeply to the ocean.
