Oceans Apart serving a taste of the islands
Not everyone can vacation in the Hawaiian Islands, but everyone can have a taste of authentic island food at the newly opened Oceans Apart restaurant in Lincoln City.
Located on the eastside of Highway 101 two blocks south of the Tanger Outlet Center, Oceans Apart serves up Hawaiian breakfast and lunch seven days a week.
“Actually Hawaii is a blending pot of different cultures,” says owner and head chef Frank Napoleon. “We’re like a Pacific Rim blend, basically.”
And Oceans Apart’s menu reflects that rich culture mix, featuring Asian rice and teriyaki dishes along with traditional island cuisine.
