Court update

The following individuals were convicted of felony offenses in Lincoln County Circuit Court. Any associated charges filed in conjunction with those felony charges are listed as well. This list also includes persons convicted of any assault charges, whether felony or misdemeanor.



• Kelsea Marie Retherford, 21, of Toledo, was convicted Feb. 15 on two counts of Assault IV. She was sentenced on the first to 36 months probation, $1,133 in fines and fees and five days on the county work crew. She was sentenced on the second to 36 months probation and $708 in fines and fees. She was also convicted of Theft II and was sentenced to 36 months probation and $168 in fines and fees. She was ordered to pay $24.97 in restitution. Two counts of Robbery III were dismissed. Her attorney was Daniel Taylor.

• Justin Dean Hill, 24, of Corvallis, was convicted Feb. 15 on a charge of coercion. He was sentenced to 36 months probation and $1,643 in fines and fees. He was convicted of harassment and was sentenced to 55 days in jail. Charges of Robbery III and Assault IV were dismissed. His attorney was Alan Reynoldson.
