Sailing classes for all ages offered in county

Families looking for something fun to do this summer, may want to consider sailing. There are still a few enrollment spaces available for the remaining youth and adult sailing classes to be held this summer.

The Oregon Boating Foundation with the help of the Yaquina Bay Yacht Club, Lincoln City and Newport Parks and Recreation Departments and a generous grant from the Trust Management Services is offering beginning sailing classes to all interested youth ages 9 to 16 and intermediate classes for youth ages 9 to 18 that have completed the beginning sailing program or are currently members of the high school sailing team.
