Roy A. “Rocky” Kennan, 84, of Newport, Ore., died Jan. 30, 2013 at Newport Rehabilitation in Newport.

The Elks Lodge #2105 in Newport will hold a ceremony to honor its late member at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at the lodge, located at 45 SE Moore Road. The public is invited.
